Girls’ Football

Well done girls!  A fantastic 2-1 victory over Queensway Primary School in absolutely FREEZING conditions!  My poor little toes are like blocks of ice.  It was super to see so many parents and pupils watching the match and cheering for the girls.

Women of the match were Abbie Grose (terrific in goal) and Nicole Finch (once again, superb in attack).  Well done to both of you.

We have a busy week of fixtures next week.  Tag Rugby at home against Shiphay on Tuesday.  Girls’ football away against Homelands on Thursday and finally Boys’ football at home against Preston on Friday.  I hope that it is a little bit warmer for those games.
